All the Commando titles for 1983

The price of Commando increased to 20p
in October.
Temeraire did his one and only cover
for Commando 1744 ‘Tank Killer’, nice style and a pity he did not do any more.
Also Griera did his one and only
cover with 1738 ‘Get That Man’.
Sutton was another artist who did a
one-off cover with 1678 ‘The Fjord Fighters’.
And Alan Philpott did the first of
his covers with 1705 ‘Count-Down to Danger’.
Looking at this year’s covers, I
think I spotted another film star with 1747 ‘Flash-Point’, the German looks
like Gregory Peck as played in the film ‘The Guns of Navarone’.
